Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at returns@beaumerch.com.
Kindly inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please include photos of the issue so we can review the situation and resolve it promptly.
Some items cannot be returned, including used or opened products or item/s. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you currently have. Once your return is received, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
However, if your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without providing an explanation. As stated above, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
