Track Using Your

Customer Account

Log In to Your Account

  • Click Log In at the top of our website.
  • Enter the email address you used during checkout.

Customers sign in with a one-time code sent to their email (no passwords)

Go to “My Orders”

  • Once logged in, open your Account Dashboard or Orders section.
  • You’ll see a list of your recent orders.

Select Your Order

  • Click the order you want to track to open the Order Details page.
  • You’ll see:
    • Order number and date
    • Payment and fulfillment status
    • Tracking number and shipping carrier

View Shipping Updates

  • If your order has shipped, click the tracking number link.
  • You’ll be redirected to the carrier’s website to view real-time delivery updates and the estimated delivery date.

Didn’t create an account? No problem!

Open your order confirmation email.

Click the “View Your Order” or “Track Order” button.

You’ll be directed to your order status page where you can see all tracking updates.

Tips

  • Keep your order confirmation email for easy tracking.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
  • Orders placed while logged in will always appear in your account history.
