- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the mainland United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International destinations
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement or claim.
